London Downtown is located in heart of London, Kentucky. Historic Downtown is of course full of historical facts. I had time to kill till I can check in again at my hotel so I took my time admiring the historical fact of the Battle of London. In this neat area of Historic London Downtown are preserved buildings turned into local businesses of eatery, coffee shops, clothing stores, and bars. There’s also the jail house, state and federal court houses, city Hall of the city of London, Kentucky in the county of Laurel County and local farmers market. A bit difficult to navigate on foot since the snowstorm was just coming to an end. Towards the afternoon local town folks were out & about, a bit more lively than the morning. Would call it a stay in bed kind of Saturday but the cold was enough fresh air to keep me going. Beautiful town.
